Step 1:
Create a Fade instance

Step 2:

add your fade instance inside the XNA main Update method
myFade.Update(gameTime);

Step 3:

add your fade intance inside the XNA main Draw method
myFade.Draw(spriteBatch);

if you are going to use a Screen Fade , you must put the line at the end after draw all your images

Step 4:

for active the fade, you should call the fadeIn or fadeOut method of your instance
